Fees

May 18th is the registration deadline.  To ensure your camper's spot, send the registration form and first week's fees to P.O. Box 48, Jacksonville, IL  62651 by April 29th.  A confirmation and informational packet will be sent to you after we receive your child's registration.  Camp fees are due one week before each camp begins.  *Fees are paid weekly.  Our camp does not pro rate costs per day. Refunds will not be made after the cancellation date.

 

Scholarships

We currently offer two scholarships.  We offer a 100% scholarship for Camp Hope overnight campers with medical cards  Click here to complete the ACA Camper Registration Form for this scholarship.    We offer a 50% scholarship provided by the United Way for day campers for one week during the summer.  Complete the "Financial Assistance" section on our Camper Medical and Emergency Contact form. 

 

Programming

 

We think that keeping our campers minds and bodies active is important all day, all summer long!  In addition to the weekly thematic programming, campers will swim, canoe, hike, shoot arrows, complete art projects, work together through our ropes obstacle course, sing campfire songs, dance, play sports and games, cook on a campfire and much more every day.  Our programming instills a love for nature and the outdoors, the ability to work well with others and the capability to attain personal best.   Click here to see an example camp schedule!  Click here to see our Summer Curriculum "at a glance!"
